REFUNDS & RETURNS
If you've simply changed your mind and need to return an item, then that's no problem. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item(s).

Refunds will be processed by the original payment method. If you paid by card, it can take up to 5 working days to appear back in your account; with PayPal, refunds can take up to 3 days.
Warranty
Send pictures of the issue to us by email (customer-service@auto-passion.co.uk) or via Facebook/Instagram message.
We can then send a returns label to you via email or post.
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds WILL NOT be issued without it being returned to us, this is to confirm the item(s) was in fact purchased from us, you'd be surprised how many times this method has been tried.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will then be processed via your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account for any pending payments.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially issued.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is finalized. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customer-service@auto-passion.co.uk
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customer-service@auto-passion.co.uk and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should send your product to:

At this time we are unable to provide Free Return Shipping, therefore, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
Original purchase shipping costs are non-refundable** If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
** Postage/shipping costs (for example: Tracked 24) are non-refundable as this service will have been provided before you returned your item(s).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50 GBP, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
